Refund Policy

All bids placed on PakBid are final once confirmed and cannot be refunded. This includes bids that are later outbid by another business — ranking on PakBid is not guaranteed to be permanent, as it depends on competing bids from other businesses.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same bid, or experienced a technical error during payment, contact us via WhatsApp at 03292614779 within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the issue.

Refunds are considered only in cases of confirmed technical or payment processing errors, not for dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes or being outbid by a competitor.
